Thanks for joining Strength Faction, we’re pumped to have you with us!
We’re about to have a kick-ass 16-week journey together that improves us as people and coaches, and that also helps us build our own training momentum so that we can kick more training ass. We have to take care of ourselves so that we can take care of everyone else.
Before we do all of that, we have to get on the same page.
So let’s cover some logistics real quick.
You’ll notice that, for now, you don’t have access to anything on the Dashboard (in fact, you won’t even have access). BUT- don’t you worry, it’s simply because the Summer Faction is still underway. We will be granting you access to the Dashboard on Monday, September 4th.
On the 4th we’ll be adding everyone to the private Facebook group and Faction Email list. In the meantime we’d like you to complete the Strength Faction assessment so that we can assign you to a training group. Depending on your movement needs, you’ll be assigned to either the hips or shoulders group for programming. This will make a hell of a lot more sense once you see the assessment and have a chat with us.
We’ll also start posting the QnA schedule for the spring, uploading the Keep Your Shit Together Journal, so you can download it, and hook you up with all the info you need to start the Faction successfully. We’ll take care of all this in the private Facebook group.
