Want a super simple system to help you write better training programs in less time?

.

Well, step right up because this one-day deep dive is just what you’re looking for.

.

It’s the result of my 14 years (and counting) of fitness coaching experience, 7 years (and counting) operating a semi-private personal training gym and 4 years (and counting) running the human performance program of an elite-level tactical law enforcement grouptotaling over 100 programs written a month for just about every goal imaginable and still having the mental clarity to coach.
.
But it wasn’t always that easy to pull off…

.

Hosted by Iron Lion Performance in NYC (Astoria)

Sunday, September 9th, 2018 from 8:30am-5:30pm

$179 through 09/08/2018, Then $199 on the day of.

.

I developed these systems because I was trying to solve the same programming problems that you are:

.

  • Too much time writing programs
  • Wanting better results for my clients
  • Producing a consistent product for my gym
  • More free time to develop my businesses and spend with family and friends

This won’t be another one of those workshops where you’re presented the X’s and O’s and sent out the door to figure out implementation on your own.  You’ll set a baseline by actually writing a program to start the day and another one to finish the dayseeing firsthand how much more confident, organized and efficient you already are.

.

.

Between those two programs you’ll learn the ins and outs of:

.
  • New client intake and assessment
  • A new client orientation system that will wow the client AND ensure you pick the right exercises for their very first program and beyond
  • How to easily select exercises, sets, repetitions, and weights
  • How to organize power, strength, assistance, and conditioning
  • How to organize the training week, month, block, year, …
  • How to keep clients interested from program to program, without turning things into a circus sideshow
  • … and so much more

.

This seminar will flat out make your life as trainer easier, I guarantee it.

Here’s a Strength Faction Seminar Success Story from Adam Willis, a guy that’s been to several Strength Faction Seminars and keeps coming back.

 Adam Willis

“Attending the Strength Faction Seminar was an absolutely incredible experience and easily one of the best things I have done to further Myself as a Coach to date. I knew Todd, Chris, and Mike would over-deliver and they didn’t disappoint.

The biggest difference between the Strength Faction seminar and a lot of others I have attended was that we weren’t just given information to improve our knowledge base and then run through a few practical technique drills for the big lifts.

Todd, Chris, and Mike made sure that we left with practical applications for everything they presented on so that we could take that new knowledge and apply it to our Coaching skill set and business immediately.

I know I will certainly be attending as many of the Strength Faction Seminars that I can in the future and would highly urge all coaches looking to make a big difference to themselves and their business to do so also.”

Schedule for Sunday September 9th, 2018

.

8:30am: Developing a System

How do you go from next to no system for program design to writing over 100 programs a month with confidence?  I’ll tell my story and show you the mistakes, the victories, the lessons learned, and provide a quick background on where the systems you’ll learn grew from.

8:50am: Meet Your New Client

Hooray, you’ve got a new client!  They’ve done a 1-on-1 assessment and goal-setting session, knocked out their personal orientation, and now their information is being passed along to you to write their program—BUT—you’ve only got 6 minutes to write it.  Let’s see how it goes!

9:00am: The 1-on-1 Assessment & Goal-Setting Session

Learn the exact process I take every new client through when they join our gym ultimately providing you with the tools to:

  • make people feel welcome and create rapport within minutes of meeting
  • sufficiently collect background information (medical/health history)
  • understand and address past attempts at reaching goals
  • build a clear understanding of their expectations for you and your program
  • extract goals, and not just the surface level ones that most everyone gives up front
  • assess movement in a way that allows you to make simple exercise selections, placing them in the best positions to be successful from day one

10:30am: The Personal Orientation Session

Learn the exact process we take each new member through to:

  • ease the anxieties that most new members come in with when embarking on their health and fitness journey
  • grasp key concepts for training success (hands-on)
  • decide the best places to start for squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling (hands-on)
  • experience coaching in a semi-private personal training setting
  • ensure they know exactly what to expect in the coming days, weeks, months…
  • ensure they leave with no questions or concerns unanswered

12:00pm: Break for Lunch

1:00: Program Design Systems

I’ll talk through exactly how we write a program for a brand new member, using that new client you met earlier as an example, AND actually write the program piece by piece as I present the systems.  Then I’ll walk through confidently progressing them month to month, season to season, and year over year.  The unique combination of PowerPoint and “whiteboard session” will provide a literal look at exactly how we do this for any person, with any goal, with any limitations, any schedule, …

4:30pm: Meet Your New Client

Hooray, you’ve got another new client!  Once again, they’ve done a 1-on-1 assessment and goal-setting session, knocked out their personal orientation, and now their information is being passed along to you to write their program—BUT ONCE AGAIN—you’ve only got 6 minutes to write it.  Let’s see how it goes now!

5:00pm: Wrap-up and QnA

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be answering questions as we go, but we’ll need to keep moving to ensure we stay on schedule.  So, we’ll set aside 30 minutes to make sure no stone is left unturned.  If we don’t need the whole 30 minutes we do have a sweet serenade from Todd Bumgardner’s angelic voice and astounding strumming of the guitar… so I’d probably have questions prepared in advance. 😉

5:30pm: This sucker ends!

You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here…
