Block Goal: Short, effective, workouts that leave plenty of time to enjoy life and provide opportunities to get outside and enjoy the warmer weather!

♣ Phase One

  • Get acclimated with the programming while building a base with volume.  Don’t let the simplicity of it fool you, this is work so long as you approach it with the right focus.  Pay attention to RPE!

Phase Two

  • This month we are bringing up the intensity.  Again, do not let the simplicity of it fool you, this is work so long as you approach it with the right focus.  Pay attention to RPE!

♥ Phase Three

  • This month we are bringing up the conditioning with an uptick in volume and the introduction of grid training (always a favorite of many folks) and cardiac output.  Again, do not let the simplicity of it fool you, this is work so long as you approach it with the right focus.  Pay attention to RPE!

Phase Four

  • Bringing the intensity all around for this final phase!  Higher intensity lifts, more conditioning, a fun challenge in Workout D, and allllll the complexes in Workout E.  Again, do not let the simplicity of it fool you, this is work so long as you approach it with the right focus.  Pay attention to RPE!
