♣ Phase One

  • This first phase is a decent mix of volume and intensity… as always, pay attention to RPE and make sure you leave the gym every day feeling better than you did coming in.

Phase Two

  • We’re upping the intensity and moving some weight with clusters for our deadlifts and lower reps for the rest of our strength, while also packing in a bit more volume for our assistance work… as always, pay attention to RPE and make sure you leave the gym every day feeling better than you did coming in.

Phase Three

  • A little fun, yet challenging variety this month… as always, pay attention to RPE and make sure you leave the gym every day feeling better than you did coming in.

Phase Four

  • Time to crank up the intensity on our strength days, and reaaaaallly crank up the volume in our assistance work… as always, pay attention to RPE and make sure you leave the gym every day feeling better than you did coming in.
