Carbs, carbs
You can get them at Wal Mart
They’re good for your taste-buds
But bad for your heart
And body composition
And you’ll die if you eat them
Slowly, painfully, ugly

The feared, the dreaded, carbs
Hopefully you haven’t really bought into the fear-mongering that’s accompanied carbs for the last few years, but we understand if you have…
It’s time to approach our carbohydrate with a well-balanced approach.
Like all of our food, we are going to focus on quality and quantity.
Our first habit is carbs. every. meal.
Don’t be scared, homie! Carbs are fantabulous.
“How do I begin?”
You know, I’m glad you asked…
Go back a look over your lists of healthy carbs from last week’s video and lesson:
- Fruit (frozen and fresh)
- Wild Rice
- Quinoa
- Farro
- Bean Pastas
- Millet
- Oats
- Tubers (potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams)
- Sprouted Grain Breads (frozen isle- Ezekiel Bread)
No, that’s not the end-all-be-all list. But it’s a place to start.
“What am I after here?”
Ladies, we want you to knock out one cuppsed handful of carbs at every meal.
Fellas, we want you to knock out two two cupped handfuls of carbs at every meal.
.
“Is a snack a meal?”
Yes.
It’s on the daily check-ins.
Simply check it off every day that you do it.
