At the risk of being perceived as 100% bonkers, I’ve gone forth and cooked up another playful video. If it brings a smile to your face, fabulous. If it prompts you to take action, double-fab!

 

My goal is to present you with material that is always useful, isn’t too stuffy, intellectual, or overly guidance counselor mushy. Moving ahead, we’ll get more into the science and modalities these exercises are based on. For now, I’m intentionally keeping it light so you can breeze through the content and get friggin’ busy with the exercise!

 

The goals of this exercise are to:

Provide a swift and tidy process to stretch your vision of how you want life to be for you and the people you care about.

Start connecting the dots in detail about how what you’re doing now serves to develop your vision, or not.
