Happy Friday! You know what this is!
Alright, alright, calm down, – that was a rhetorical statement…
But, this week is a little different. We don’t want you to just look at the exercises and do them. We want you to feel them. So, we are going old-school bodybuilder on you, bro-ing out, if you will. We want you to squeeze the muscles and really feel the contractions for today’s #FBF. This is a lost art- but not no mo!

A1. Over-Supinated Bicep Curls* 3 x 10
A2. Close Grip Bench Press 3 x 10
*Rotate those suckers from pronated alllllllll the way as far into supination as you can. Squeeze!!!!
