Time to dust off the tank tops, wear your best underwear, and let the eagle scream.

 

This week’s workout is called “The Clinch.”

 

What is the clinch, you ask?  Well, it’s a few things….

And for our purposes it’s about squeezing some dumbbells together while we bang out some bro curls and bro triceps presses:
