I wouldn’t do that if I were you



Hi.  Welcome.  It’s Frideeeeeee.

  Listen, I’m going to shoot straight with you.  There are times in life when you approach something and think, “I shouldn’t do this.”  And after all of the volume in today’s program, this Frat Boy Friday might induce those feelings…     Will you listen to that inner voice, or are you in?  

I wouldn’t do this if I were you

A1. Strip Set Barbell Curl      1 x 3 + …

A2. Barbell Floor Press      1 x 3 + …

For both exercises, select a starting weight that you can get 3 reps with, but probably no more.  Get three, then strip weight off the bar (smallllllllll plates are best for this reason), and rep out to NEAR technical failure.  Repeat until you hit the last weight on the bar.  Watch the video to see it in action.  With lots of immaturity.  You’re welcome.
