This week we are going to play around with some bands, kettlebells and dumbbells. Check it out!Bands’ll Make Ya Dance
A1. Chaos Curls 3-4 x 8
A2. Adducted Dumbbell Chest Press 3-4 x 8
Couple of things to note:
- Wrap the bands around the kettlebells so that they are off of the ground with your arms fully extended.
- Squeeze the dumbbells together, HARD, throughout the entire press.
- Don’t have kettlebells? You can still use bands around plates or dumbbells.
- Don’t have bands? It’s cool. Bust out some curls for the girls. Girls can do curls for girls too.
