  This week we are going to play around with some bands, kettlebells and dumbbells.  Check it out!  

Bands’ll Make Ya Dance

A1. Chaos Curls      3-4 x 8

A2. Adducted Dumbbell Chest Press      3-4 x 8

Couple of things to note:

  1. Wrap the bands around the kettlebells so that they are off of the ground with your arms fully extended.
  2. Squeeze the dumbbells together, HARD, throughout the entire press.
  3. Don’t have kettlebells?  You can still use bands around plates or dumbbells.
  4. Don’t have bands?  It’s cool.  Bust out some curls for the girls.  Girls can do curls for girls too.
