A1. Isometric Biceps Curl (arms at 90 degrees) 1-2 x :30
- Guys use 30# dumbbells, girls use 15# dumbbells.
A2. Flexed Arm Hang 1-2 x :30
A3. Diamond Push-up (modify as needed) 1-2 x 30
A4. Isometric Wall Handstand 1-2 x :30ish
