It’s the Spring 2020 training program… hooray!

 

♣ Phase One

  • It’s the Spring, which means a good mix of strength and conditioning.  This first phase is all about building our base with a solid hit of volume on the resistance training end (so don’t overestimate the RPE), along with some simple conditioning.  Up for a little challenge?  Try to the conditioning finishers on Workouts A and C, and all of Workouts B and D, ONLY breathing through your nose… 😊

 

Phase Two

  • Our second phase brings the intensity to our main lower body strength work with clusters and ups the volume through our assistance.  If you took us up on phase one’s challenge to try the conditioning finishers on Workouts A and C, and all of Workouts B and D, ONLY breathing through your nose, try and keep that up this month…

 

Phase Three

  • Our third phase continues with the clusters on our main lower body strength work with and brings a bit more intensity to our assistance lifts in E.  Let’s continue the challenge to try the conditioning finishers on Workouts A and C, and all of Workouts B and D, ONLY breathing through your nose.

 

Phase Four

  • Our final phase of Spring 2020?!  Time to move some weight, with our highest intensity lifts of the program in workouts A & C, and then that volume hike in workout E—whew! Let’s continue the challenge to try the conditioning finishers on Workouts A and C, and all of Workouts B and D, ONLY breathing through your nose.
