Today marks the beginning of a new series here on the Strength Faction blog. Hooray! Our man, and Strength Faction Mentor, Steve “Coach Fury” Holiner is not only a Master RKC, he’s an instructor over at Original Strength as well as a DVRT Instructor. The dude teaches a lot of movement…and a lot of breathing. So, we thought, “Well heck, let’s give this guy a running series to better help the fitness coaches of the world understand breathing and kettlebell technique.”
And Fury’s Bells and Breathing was born.
During this first installment, Coach Fury gives you the low-down on how to breath diaphragmatically to keep yourself chilled the heck out and keep your core and stabilizing muscles in a position to do their jobs.
